This policy applies to online purchases and complies with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) 68 of 2008. Nothing limits your statutory rights.
7-Day Cooling-Off (CPA – Distance Sales)
Because you purchased online, you may cancel your order within 7 days of delivery, without giving a reason.
To qualify:

Return shoes in original condition

Shoes may be tried on indoors only
Shoes worn outdoors exceed reasonable inspection.
Please note:

Return courier costs are the customer’s responsibility

A reasonable charge may apply if items show use beyond inspection

Refunds are processed within 15 business days
10-Day Fit & Feel Promise (Non-Defective)
We also offer a 10-day return window for size or preference changes.
Shoes must be:

Unworn outdoors

Clean and resalable
-
In original packaging with tags
Return courier costs apply.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit.

For confirmed manufacturing defects, we cover return courier costs.
Normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage are not considered defects.
