TRAIN BAREFOOT

The Vivobarefoot Road Running and gym collection lets your feet do their natural thing – but take it easy (only very elite athletes or long time barefoot shoe wearers with great technique can go more than 10km in barefoot shoes on the road) .

DON’T RUN IN OUR SHOES (especially on hard roads)… unless you’re prepared. This means you’ve allowed your feet and ankles to strengthen. You’ve developed an upright posture. You’ve practiced with very quick strides (lots of little steps). And most importantly

Our Road Running and gym shoes feature a breathable mesh that allows your feet to stay cool, as well as a thin and flexible but durable outsole, giving your feet total freedom of movement, while giving them the protection they need.

  • The best-selling Primus lite III is our lightest road runner – making them the ideal training shoes. It’s designed for speed with lightweight breathable uppers and our super thin on-road sole. They’re also perfect as men’s gym shoes or women’s gym shoes.
  • A much sturdier companion is the Geo Racer Knit. These are good running shoes for men and women with a robust yet soft design that lets you go the distance.
