RETURN FOR REFUND(Non Sales Styles Only)

• Remove from your feet or your kids.
• Send us an email to customerservices@vivobarefoot.co.za with your order number and Refund request .
• Please ensure your order reference is inside the return box.

Return , within 10 days of purchase , unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to:

• Don't stress life is supposed to be easy.
• Confirm if you would like a Refund or Store Credit

Returns for refund : If you paid by Bank EFT or SnapScan please provide your Banking Details for the refund which will take 3 - 5 days.

SALES/CLEARANCE ITEMS : IN STORE CREDIT ONLY

Should you opt for a Store Credit (fully transferrable) we will provide you the coupon code which will NOT have any expiry date.

Important Notice:Please note that products that have been worn OUTSIDE are considered USED and cannot be sent back for refunds.
